  • Feta salad
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g feta, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
  • 120 g rocket
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • Grilled watermelon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g watermelon, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Feta salad

    Mix together the lemon juice, oil and salt. Add the rocket and feta, mix.
  • Grilled watermelon

    Heat the oil in a griddle pan. Grill the melon slices for approx. 2 mins. on each side, season. Top with the feta salad, serve immediately.
  • Tip:

    Drizzle 1 tbsp of honey over the melon and salad.
