  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 zucchini, cut into small cubes
  • a little pepper
  • 200 g ground beef and pork
  • 200 g carrots, coarsely grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 100 g long grain rice
  • 220 g tomato sauce
  • Garnishing the peppers
  • 4 coloured peppers

  • 80 g grated Parmesan

  • Filling

    In a bowl, mix the onion with all the other ingredients up to and including the tomato sauce, season.
  • Garnishing the peppers

    Slice a lid approx. 3 cm wide off the top of each pepper. Transfer the peppers to the prepared tin.
  • Garnishing

    Fill the peppers with the rice mixture, spread the parmesan evenly over the top, place the lid on top. Bake for approx. 45 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
