  • 1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a circle
  • 100 Gruyère, cut into thin slices
  • 0.5 apples, cut into thin slices
  • 2 sprigs thyme, leaves torn off
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • a little olive oil

Instructions

  • Galettes

    Unroll the puff pastry, cut out 6 circles (each approx. 12 cm in diameter), transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place alternate slices of cheese and apple in the middle, sprinkle with thyme, season, fold in the edges.
  • Baking

    Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven and drizzle with oil.
  • Serve with:

    Leaf salad
