  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 bunch coriander
  • 1 red chilli
  • 200 g tortilla chips

  • Halve the avocados, remove the stones, scoop out the flesh, mash finely with a fork, stir in the lime juice immediately. Dice the tomato, finely chop the onion, deseed and finely chop the chilli, mix everything into the guacamole, season. Finely chop the coriander and stir in shortly before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Tip:

    Place an avocado stone in the guacamole to delay browning.
