Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red chilli
  • 0.5 bunch coriander
  • 200 g tortilla chips

  • Halve the avocados, remove the cores, take out the pulp, mash finely with a fork, stir in the lime juice immediately. Cut the tomato into cubes, finely chop the onions, remove the chilli seeds and finely chop, mix everything into the guacamole, season. Finely chop the coriander and stir in shortly before serving. Serve with tortillas.
