Ingredients

  • Gound Meat
  • 400 g ground beef and pork
  • a little oil
  • 300 g mixed vegetables
  • a little pepper
  • 1 dl Water
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • 450 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. milk, to taste
  • 40 g grated Parmesan
  • Utensils
  • Für eine weite ofenfeste Form von ca. 2 Litern, gefettet

Instructions

  • Gound Meat

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Stir fry the meat for approx. 3 mins. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a further 4 mins. Pour in the water, bring to the boil, season.
  • Mashed Potatoes

    Transfer the meat to the prepared oven dish. Prepare the mashed potato according to the packet instructions, spread on top of the meat, sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  • Bake

    Cook for approx. 20 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
