  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 800 g cheese mixture for fondue (Coop moitié-moitié)
  • 3 dl white wine
  • 1 tbsp. Maizena cornflour
  • a little nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. Kirsch liquor
  • a little pepper from the mill

  • Cut the garlic clove in half, rub it around the pot. Pour the cheese mixture into the fondue pot. Mix the wine with the cornflour and pour it in, bring to the boil on a low heat while stirring constantly, add the Kirsch, season.
  • Dazu passen:

    Brot oder gekochte Kartoffeln.
