  • 1.5 dl espresso, hot
  • 2 pinches ground cardamom

  • Heat the hazelnut & rice milk in a small pan, beat until frothy using a whisk or create the froth using a milk frother. Warm two espresso cups under hot running water, then dry. Divide the foam and the liquid between two hot espresso cups and slowly pour in the hot espresso. Sprinkle with the cardamom powder.
