  • 1.5 litres water
  • 150 g ground cane sugar
  • 1 bunch peppermint
  • 1 bunch lemon balm
  • some basil leaves
  • 100 g strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 1 organic lemon, sliced
  • 1 dl lemon juice

  • Combine the water and sugar. Add the mint and all the other ingredients up to and including the lemon slices, mix well, chill for approx. 30 mins.
