  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 bunch chervil, torn
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • a little pepper
  • 1 bunch radish mit wenig Grün, in Schnitzchen
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, torn
  • 1 bunch dill, torn
  • 1 bunch chives, roughly chopped
  • 50 g cress
  • 30 g radish sprouts
  • 90 g leaf salad (z.B. Jungsalat)

  • In a bowl, mix the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the radish and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
