  • 1 bunch oregano
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 300 g day-old bread
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 600 g minced meat (beef and pork)
  • 1 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • oil zum Braten
  • a little pepper
  • 1 oak leaf lettuce
  • 2 tbsp. herbal vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil


  • Finely chop the oregano, chives and parsley. Cut the bread into small cubes. Roughly grate the carrots, press the garlic and mix together with the meat, egg, herbs and 100 g of bread cubes, season. Knead the mixture well by hand until the ingredients form a compact mass that no longer sticks to your hands. With wet hands, shape the mixture into approx. 12 patties.
  • Fry the patties in batches in hot oil over a medium heat for approx. 4 mins. on each side. In the same pan, toast the remaining bread cubes. Tear the salad leaves, combine the vinegar and oil, add salt to taste, drizzle over the top.
