  • Lemonade
  • 70 g liquid honey
  • 0.5 litre water
  • 2 lemons, use only the juice
  • 1 organic lemon, cut into slices
  • 2 lemongrass sticks, halved lengthwise
  • 1 lime, rinsed with hot water, sliced
  • 0.5 bunch peppermint
  • 1 litre sparkling mineral water

  • Lemonade

    Combine the water, honey and lemon juice. Add the peppermint and all of the other ingredients up to and including the lime slices, top up with mineral water, refrigerate until ready to serve.
