  • 3 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1.25 dl rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Blend the vinegar and honey in a measuring cup using a handheld blender. With the blender still running, add the oil drop by drop to begin with, then more gradually. Add the rosemary, season to taste.
