  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 slices day-old half-white bread (approx. 100 g), cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 4 pork cutlets from the loin (approx. 100 g each)
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tsp peanut oil

  • To make the honey crust, combine the bread with all the ingredients up to and including the olive oil, season. Season the cutlets on one side, spread 1/4 of the crust mixture on the other side, press on. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Brown the cutlets, crust side down, for approx. 3 mins. over a medium heat, turn and finish cooking for approx. 7 mins.
