  • Teig
  • 100 g honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 dl soya drink
  • 200 g light spelt flour
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 100 g almonds
  • 150 g dried figs, cut into cubes
  • 150 g dried apricots, cut into cubes
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 organic lemons, use grated zest only

  • Für 1 Cakeform (ca. 30 cm), gefettet

  • Teig

    Thoroughly mix the honey, salt and eggs. Add the flour and soya milk, mix well. Stir in the dried fruit, nuts and lemon zest. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin. Bake for 50-55 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for approx. 10 mins., remove from the tin, leave to cool completely on a cooling rack.
  • Backen

    Ca. 50 Min. in der Mitte des auf 180 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens. Aus dem Ofen nehmen, ca. 10 Min. abkühlen, aus der Form nehmen, auf einem Gitter auskühlen.
