Ingredients

  • Liquid
  • 1 dl Water
  • 2 cm ginger, finely grated
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 3 cm ginger, cut into thin slices

Instructions

  • Liquid

    Bring the water and ginger to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins., strain and allow to cool. Combine the ginger water, honey and lemon juice.
  • Ice Cubes

    Place one slice of ginger and approx. 1 cm of thyme in each ice cube mould. Pour in the liquid and freeze overnight.
  • Servieren:

    Je 2 Eiswürfel in Gläser verteilen, mit je 3 dl Wasser oder kalten Tee auffüllen. Eiswürfel leicht antauen lassen.
