Ingredients

  • 0.25 bunch parsley
  • 180 g sour single cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp grated horseradish in a jar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Finely chop the parsley, combine with the sour single cream, horseradish and mustard. Season the sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
