- 0.5 tbsp. ketchup
- Grilled Fennel Arugula Hot Dog
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 0.5 fennel, finely sliced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 pinches salt
- 10 g arugula
- Morning Hot Dog
- 30 g diced bacon
- 1 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
- 1 eggs, whisked
- 2 pinches salt
- a little pepper
- 2 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters

- 2 tbsp. curry sauce
- 0.25 mango, cut into strips
- 0.5 spring onions, including green parts, cut into rings

Basic Preparation
Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C), for approx. 10 mins. all over, cut open the baguettes lengthwise but do not slice all the way through. -
Classic Hot Dog
Place the salad leaves in a baguette, add 1 sausage and gherkins. Add mayonnaise and ketchup, garnish with the fried onions. -
Grilled Fennel Arugula Hot Dog
Combine the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce. Grill the fennel over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 1 min. on each side. Transfer to a bowl, add the lemon juice, season with salt. Fill a baguette with the sauce and rocket, insert 1 sausage, add the fennel -
Morning Hot Dog
Fry the bacon in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 1 min. Mix the egg and chives, season, pour into the pan, allow to solidify slightly, shake the pan until the egg mixture is just firm but still moist. Place 1 sausage in 1 baguette, add the scrambled egg, garnish with the cherry tomatoes. -
Exotic Hot Dog
Spoon the sauce and mango into 1 baguette. Add 1 sausage and the spring onions, sprinkle with cashew nuts
