Ingredients

  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill
  • 2 baguettes (approx. 300 g each), halved, cut open lengthwise
  • 4 frankfurter sausages
  • Hot dogs
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, leaves torn
  • 200 g carrots, coarsely grated
  • 100 g Gruyère, coarsely grated

Instructions

  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill

    Grill the baguettes over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 1 min. on each side. Grill the sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C), for approx. 6 mins. all over.
  • Hot dogs

    Spread the cut side of the baguettes with ketchup, add the lettuce, carrot and sausage, top with the cheese. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the hot dogs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 1 min.
