Hot-Smoked Salmon with Warm Chard and Apple Salad

  • a little olive oil
  • 350 g Swiss chard, separate leaves and stems, cut into strips
  • 1 apples, cut into small cubes
  • a little sea salt
  • a little butter
  • 120 g hot-smoked salmon
  • a little chervil, broken into pieces

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the Swiss chard stems and stir fry over a medium heat for approx. 1 mins. Add the apple, continue to stir fry for approx. 1 mins., add Swiss chard stems and stir fry for another 2 mins., add salt.
  • Heat the butter and salmon in a frying pan for approx. 2 mins. Remove the skin and grey layer of fat, roughly shred.
