  • Marinade
  • 1 dl pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 0.5 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. raw sugar
  • 1 cm ginger, finely grated
  • 1 red chili, insides removed, finely chopped
  • 1 kg chicken wings

  • 300 g pineapple, geschält, längs halbiert, Strunk entfernt, in Stücken
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • Marinade

    Bring the pineapple juice to the boil along with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli, reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 10 mins., allow to cool. Add the chicken, mix with the marinade, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for approx. 2 hrs.
  • Chicken Wings

    Place the marinated chicken and pineapple on a tray lined with baking paper, season with salt.
