Ingredients

  • 6 dl water
  • 3 herbal tea bags
  • 80 g raspberries, halved
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 kiwis, halved and sliced
  • 1 peaches, pitted, quartered, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 sprigs lemon balm
  • Utensils
  • For 8 lollipop moulds, each approx. 100 - 150 ml

Instructions

  • Bring the water to the boil and steep the teabags in it for approx. 10 mins. Remove the teabags and dissolve the agave syrup in the hot tea. Leave the tea to cool. Mix the fruits with the lemon juice. Alternately layer the fruits and lemon balm leaves into the lollipop moulds and top up with tea. Freeze for at least 4-5 hrs.
