Ingredients

  • Tea
  • 2 sticks peppermint
  • 2 litres water, boiling
  • 5 herbal tea bags (e.g. Alpine herbs)
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • Iced tea
  • 1 lemons, use only the juice

Instructions

  • Tea

    Pour the water over the tea bags, add the sugar and mint, allow to infuse for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bags, leave the tea to cool.
  • Iced tea

    Add the lemon juice, cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.
  • Tip:

    Serve the iced tea with fresh mint and ice cubes.
