  • 1 boiled beets, cut into pieces
  • 1.5 dl carrot juice
  • 3 dl water
  • 1 tsp ginger, finely grated

Instructions

  • Smoothie

    Place the apples and all the other ingredients in a blending cup, puree until smooth, chill for at least 30 mins.
  • Tip:

    Garnish with mint and sliced apple.
