  • 1 tbsp. clarified butter
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 leek, cut into rings
  • 1 broccoli, (approx. 300 g), cut into florets
  • 180 g sour single cream
  • 1 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
  • 1 dl meat bouillon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg yolk, thinned with some milk
  • a little pepper
  • 1 puff pastry, rolled into a circle

  • Bratbutter erhitzen, Hackfleisch beigeben, ca. 3 Min. anbraten. Hitze reduzieren, Lauch und Broccoli beigeben, ca. 4 Min. mitbraten. Senf, Rahm und Bouillon daruntermischen, würzen. Fertige Masse in eine ofenfeste Form von ca. 2 Litern (ca. 28 cm Ø) verteilen. Formenrand mit wenig Eimilch bestreichen. Teig mit einer Gabel dicht einstechen, darauflegen, am Rand gut andrücken, mit Eimilch bestreichen. Backen: ca. 30 Min. in der Mitte des auf 200 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens.
