  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pack vegetarian vegetable balls (200 g)
  • 4 pita bread
  • 5 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 200 g sour single cream
  • 0.5 tsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 100 g iceberg lettuce, cut into strips

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the vegetable balls for approximately 3 minutes and remove. Toast the pita bread in the same pan on both sides for approximately 1 minute on each side, then slice in half, lengthwise. Combine the sour cream, ketchup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Put a little of the salad, tomato and vegetable balls in each of the pita bread and serve.
