  • 100 g chorizo sausage, in Würfeli
  • 1 Dose chopped tomatoes (ca. 400 g)
  • 2 Dosen chickpeas (je ca. 215 g), abgespült und abgetropft
  • 0.5 dl Water
  • 1 TL sugar
  • 0.5 TL salt
  • 0.5 Bund coriander, grob geschnitten

Instructions

  • Chorizowürfeli in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne ohne Fett langsam knusprig braten, herausnehmen, auf Haushaltpapier abtropfen. Kichererbsen und Tomaten in dieselbe Pfanne geben, Wasser dazugiessen, Chorizo wieder beigeben, Zucker und Salz daruntermischen. Ca. 10 Min. köcheln, Koriander darüberstreuen.
