  • Pizza Topping
  • 600 g kohlrabi, coarsely grated
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 tin chickpeas (ca. 410 g), abgespült, abgetropft
  • a little pepper
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • Pizza Base
  • oil to bake
  • 1 pizza dough (ca. 800 g)
  • Making the pizza
  • a little pepper
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 25 g arugula
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • Pizza Topping

    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Stir fry the kohlrabi and chickpeas for approx. 5 mins. Add the oregano, season, remove, cover and keep warm.
  • Pizza Base

    Divide the dough into eight pieces of equal size, dust the work surface with a little flour and flatten the dough (each approx. 10 cm Ø). Heat a dash of oil in the same pan. Fry the pizza bases in batches on a medium heat for approx. 2 mins. on each side, remove and keep warm.
  • Making the pizza

    Spread the crème fraîche on top of the pizza bases, top with the kohlrabi, chickpeas, tomatoes and rocket, season.
