  • Kebabs
  • 2 pairs Landjäger, each cut crosswise into three pieces
  • 100 g baguettes, in 6 slices, halved
  • 6 dried figs, halved
  • 4 long wooden skewers
  • Balsamic mayo
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
  • a little pepper

  • Kebabs

    Thread the Landjäger, figs and bread alternately onto the wooden skewers.
  • Grill

    Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
  • Balsamic mayo

    Combine the mayonnaise and balsamic, season. Serve with the kebabs.
