Ingredients

  • Cooking the garlic
  • 1 garlic mit der Schale
  • Aioli
  • 1 fresh egg yolks
  • 1 organic lemons, abgeriebene Schale und 1 TL Saft
  • 1 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dl sunflower oil (nicht kalt gepresst)
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cooking the garlic

    Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the garlic over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 30 mins. Allow the garlic to cool a little, peel and mash with a fork.
  • Aioli

    Place the egg yolk, mustard, balsamic, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic in a measuring cup, puree. Add the oil drop by drop to begin with, then gradually more, stirring constantly to form a thick mayonnaise, season.
  • Passt zu:

    grilliertem Lammfleisch oder Crevetten.
