  • 16 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp ginger syrup
  • 0.5 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 6 sprigs basil, 2 sprigs set aside, the rest torn
  • 8 dl water (e.g. lemon flavoured water)

  • 4 glasses, each approx. 300 ml

  • Cocktail

    Divide the syrup, basil and lemon slices between the glasses, crush gently with a wooden spoon. Pour in the flavoured water, add the ice cubes, garnish with the reserved basil.
  • Tip:

    Use Thai basil instead of regular basil.
