Ingredients

  • Mixture
  • 40 g almonds
  • 200 g Medjool dates, pitted
  • 35 g rolled oats
  • 150 g peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 organic lemon, use only the grated zest
  • To shape into balls
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Mixture

    Blitz the almonds and oats in a food processor. Add the dates and all the other ingredients and continue mixing to form a compact, malleable mixture.
  • To shape into balls

    Divide the mixture into 16 portions, shape into balls with wet hands and then toss the balls into the dessicated coconut.
