  • Salmon Papillote
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 piece aluminium foil
  • 2 shallot, cut into segments
  • 4 sprig dill
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 600 g organic salmon fillets
  • a little pepper
  • 1 organic lemons, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • Salmon Papillote

    Drizzle half of the oil over the foil. Cover with the shallots and dill. Season the salmon fillet on both sides, place on top of the shallots. Add the lemon juice and slices, drizzle with the remaining oil. Place the edges of the foil on top of each other and fold several times. Fold over the ends of the foil several times also.
  • Grilling

    Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the salmon over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 12 mins.
