Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Tandoori spice mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g yellow lentils
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 2 dl water
  • 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Roast the curry powder for approx. 1 min., add lentils and tomatoes, pour in the water, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer for approx. 15 mins., season, serve with yoghurt.

    Naan bread
