  • saltwater, boiling
  • Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2.5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 100 g raspberries
  • a little pepper
  • 100 g celery, cut into thin slices
  • 3 apricots, cut into thin segments
  • Herb Salad
  • 40 g arugula
  • 10 g watercress
  • 0.25 bunch peppermint, broken into pieces
  • 0.25 bunch chervil, broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Lentils

    Linsen im Salzwasser ca. 30 Min. knapp weich kochen, abspülen.
  • Sauce

    Zitronensaft, Öl und Himbeeen mischen, mit der Gabel leicht zerdrücken, würzen. Linsen, Stangensellerie, Aprikosen und Himbeeren mit der Sauce mischen.
  • Herb Salad

    Rucola, Kresse, Minze und Kerbel unter den Salat mischen.
