  • 240 g lentils
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • To garnish
  • 1 apples, cut into thin slices
  • 125 g smoked trout fillets (organic), in pieces
  • 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

  • Lentils

    Prepare the lentils according to the packet instructions. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl, add the warm lentils, leave to cool.
  • To garnish

    Mix the apple and trout in with the lentils. Sprinkle with parsley.
