  • Helle Mousse
  • 100 g white Toblerone
  • 1 fresh eggs, klein
  • 1 dl full cream
  • Dunkle Mousse
  • 1 tbsp. icing sugar
  • 100 g dark Toblerone, zartbitter
  • 1 fresh eggs, klein
  • 1 dl full cream
  • Servieren
  • 2 tsp. chopped pistachios, to decorate

Instructions

  • Helle Mousse

    Break up the chocolate and put in a bowl, melt in a bain-marie and stir until smooth. Mix in the egg. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Cover the mixture and chill for approx. 3 hours.
  • Dunkle Mousse

    Break up the chocolate and put in a bowl, melt in a bain-marie and stir until smooth. Combine the egg and icing sugar and stir into the chocolate. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Cover the mixture and chill for approx. 3 hours.
  • Servieren

    Cut out the mousses with two dessert spoons rinsed in hot water. Place on plates, and garnish with the pistachios.
