  • salted water, boiling
  • 0.5 bunch basil, roughly chopped
  • 200 g pasta (e.g. linguine)

    Mix the tomatoes, garlic and oil, season.
  • Pasta

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain, mix with the tomatoes and basil, serve.
  • Tip:

    Shave the parmesan into thin strips using a peeler, serve with the pasta.
