    Wenig Öl in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne erhitzen. Chorizo langsam knusprig braten, abtropfen. Tortillas je mit 2 EL Sauce bestreichen. Je 100 g Ofengemüse, Ei, Chorizo und Jungsalat darauf verteilen, aufrollen.
  • Prepare:

    Ofengemüse und Peperoni-Tomaten-Sauce ca. einen Tag im Voraus zubereiten, zugedeckt im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
