  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g white flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.75 tsp. baking powder
  • 750 g damson plums, cut in half, pitted
  • 3 tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 1 organic lemons, abgeriebene Schale und 2 TL Saft
  • Zimt-Rahm
  • 2 EL sugar
  • 2 dl cream
  • 0.5 TL cinnamon

  • Für eine Springform von ca. 26 cm Ø, Boden mit Backpapier belegt, Rand gefettet

  • Teig

    Grease the oven tray and pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Plum tart: Beat the butter well until peaks form. Add the sugar, salt and eggs, beat vigorously until the mixture is light and fluffy. Finely grate in the lemon zest. Add 2 tsp of juice, mix. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve in and quickly fold in. Place the dough on the prepared oven tray. Place the plum halves vertically in the dough and scatter over the flaked almonds. Bake for approx. 40 mins. in the lower half of the pre-heated oven. Remove, leave to cool.
  • Backen

    Ca. 60 Min. in der unteren Hälfte des auf 180 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens. Herausnehmen, in der Form auskühlen lassen.
  • Zimt-Rahm

    Rahm mit dem Zucker und Zimt steif schlagen, zum Kuchen dazu servieren.
