  • Smoothie
  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1 dl orange juice
  • 2 banana, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • To garnish
  • 125 g blackberries, halved
  • 2 passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out
  • 20 g dark chocolate (80% cocoa), shaved into flat, thin strips
  • 30 g coconut flakes
  • Utensils
  • 4 bowls, each approx. 300 ml

  • Smoothie

    In a blending cup, puree 1 mango with the bananas, orange Juice and hemp seeds. Pour the smoothie into the bowls, top with the rest of the mango.
  • To garnish

    Top the smoothie bowls with the blackberries, passion fruit, coconut flakes and chocolate shavings.
