  • 500 g plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. liquid honey
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 50 g Amaretti (biscuits)
  • 250 g strawberries

  • Combine the yoghurt with the mascarpone and honey and mix well with a whisk. Set aside 4 strawberries for decoration, cut the rest into pieces, mix with the crème. Pour the crème into 4 glasses or small bowls. Crumble the amaretti and sprinkle it over the crème prior to serving. Cut the 4 strawberries that have been set aside into slices and place on top of the crème.
