  • 100 g Medjool dates, pitted
  • 75 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g pistachios
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 pinches bourbon vanilla powder
  • To decorate
  • 1 tsp matcha powder and/or raspberry powder

Instructions

  • Balls

    Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz to create a dough-like mixture. Shape the mixture into 12 equal balls.
  • To decorate

    Toss the balls in matcha powder and/or raspberry powder.
  • Storage:

    These balls can be kept in the fridge for several days.
