Ingredients

  • Pudding
  • 500 ml almond drink or other vegan milk
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup (as desired)
  • 70 g chia seeds
  • Toppings
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 50 g strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted

Instructions

  • Pudding

    In a large bowl, whisk the vegan milk, matcha powder and maple syrup until the matcha powder has dissolved. Add the chia seeds, mix well, leave to stand for approx. 15 mins. Mix thoroughly once again, divide into 4 bowls, cover and refrigerate for min. 6 hrs. or ideally overnight.
  • Toppings

    Decorate the pudding with the toppings shortly before serving.
  • Tip:

    A little coconut yoghurt will give this chia pudding an unexpected twist.
