  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 2 tbsp cornflakes
  • 1 onions
  • a little pepper
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
  • 2 sprigs parsley

  • Place the mince and cornflakes in a bowl. Finely chop the onions and parsley, add them to the meat along with the egg, season. Knead the mixture well until the ingredients form a compact mass. Shape eight patties. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the patties for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
