Ingredients

  • 350 g bread (z.B. Silserkranz)
  • 500 g Rindfleisch-Meatballs
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch bunch of carrots
  • 3 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1.5 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the bread into 1.5 cm cubes and arrange them and the meatballs onto an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
  • Cut the carrots diagonally into thin slices, finely chop the chives. Combine the vinegar, oil and stock in a bowl, season. Add the carrots, chives, bread cubes and meatballs, mix together.
