  • 1 lemons, use a little grated zest and 1 tsp of juice
  • 50 g black olives, finely chopped
  • 2 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
