  • 1 lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tsp of juice
  • 50 g black olives, finely chopped
  • 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. capers, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Mix the sour single cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the parsley, season.
  • Passt zu:

    Fondue Chinoise, Raclette, Gemüse, Kartoffeln.
