  • 0.5 charentais melon
  • 2 dl tequila
  • 1 dl lemon syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 dl sparkling mineral water
  • 2 dl grapefruit juice
  • 12 ice cube
  • 1 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into wedges

  • For 4 glasses (each approx. 125 ml).

  • Drink

    Puree the melon and press through a sieve. Transfer the melon puree, tequila, lemon juice, lemon syrup and ice cubes to a shaker, shake well. Pour a quarter into each glass, top up with water and grapefruit juice, garnish with lime.
