  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 100 g vegetarian mince
  • 1 tin corn kernels (140 g)
  • 0.5 tin red kidney beans (145 g)
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 2 dl sour single cream
  • 0.5 tsp. chili powder
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wheat tortillas

  • Für 4 ofenfeste Förmchen (je ca. 9 cm), gefettet

  • Öl in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen, Zwiebeln glasig braten, Gehacktes beigeben, unter gelegentlichem Wenden ca. 4 Min. weiterbraten, Hitze reduzieren. Gemüse beigeben, zugedeckt ca. 5 Min. köcheln.
